General terms of use

Booking & Cancellation Terms

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation
  • The deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival.
  • If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non‑refundable.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before check‑in.
  • Tent allocation is assigned at check‑in.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 12:00

  • Check-out: by 11:00

  • Late check‑out subject to availability and extra charge.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Vehicles are not allowed inside the campsite.
  • There is no private parking area.
  • Free street parking is available at guests’ own responsibility.
  • Emergency access routes must remain clear.

Electricity

  • Electricity is available free of charge at reception only.
  • No electricity is provided at individual pitches.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed with a valid health booklet and must be on a leash.
  • Pets are not allowed in toilets or showers.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets.

Quiet Hours & Respect

  • Quiet hours: 01:00 – 07:00.
  • Respect other campers and the natural environment. 
  • Any changes in the number of guests must be immediately reported to the Reception.
  • Additional persons are charged separately.

Fire Safety & Environment

  • The campsite is located in a forested area.
  • Open flames, gas, or any kind of fire are strictly prohibited.
  • Campers must strictly follow the Fire Department’s safety guidelines.
  • Any modifications or additions that alter the appearance of the campsite or the camping setup (e.g. roofs, fences, storage structures, etc.) are prohibited.
  • Interference with the water supply, irrigation, or any other installation is not allowed.

Liability & Safety

  • The campsite is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for their own possessions.
  • Management is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, fire, or terrorist acts.
  • The management reserves the right to remove any campers or visitors who do not respect the campsite rules.

GDPR

  • Personal data is processed solely for reservation management and legal compliance.

 

The terms form an integral part of the accommodation agreement.
