Booking & Payment Terms

Reservations require a 30% non-refundable deposit to be confirmed.
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the campsite.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 12:00

• Check-out: by 11:00
  Late check-out is available upon request and at an extra charge.

Vehicles

The circulation and parking of vehicles inside the campsite is not allowed.

Pets

Pets are welcome under the following conditions:

• They must have a valid health booklet.

• They must be leashed and supervised at all times.

• They are not allowed in indoor shared areas (toilets, showers).

• Owners are required to clean up after their pets.

• The campsite is not responsible for pets that escape supervision.

Coexistence & Respect

• Quiet hours: 01:00 – 07:00

• Respect fellow campers and nature.

• Keep your area clean and use the designated trash bins.

• Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their own space.

• Any changes in the number of guests must be immediately reported to the Reception.

• Additional persons are charged separately.

Fire Safety & Environment

• The campsite is located in a forested area.

• Open flames, gas, or any kind of fire are strictly prohibited.

• Campers must strictly follow the Fire Department’s safety guidelines.

• Any modifications or additions that alter the appearance of the campsite or the camping setup (e.g. roofs, fences, storage structures, etc.) are prohibited.

• Interference with the water supply, irrigation, or any other installation is not allowed.

Liability & Safety

• The campsite is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for their own possessions.

• Management is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, fire, or terrorist acts.

• The management reserves the right to remove any campers or visitors who do not respect the campsite rules.
